The prices listed online at the time of ordering apply. The prices stated are final prices, which means they include the applicable statutory VAT and other price components plus shipping costs as shown in the ordering process.
Depending on the country, packages are sent via DHL or an equivalent delivery service.
We will of course process your order immediately upon receipt. When your order is accepted, your order will be delivered within the delivery time specified on the item detail page after all necessary information has been provided and any advance payment has been received.
Please note the availability information provided on the item. The arrangement of longer delivery times at your request is possible.
The delivery period may be extended by the time until a deposit or advance payment, if agreed, has been received by us.
The delivery time is extended appropriately in the event of work stoppages, in particular strikes and lockouts, as well as other circumstances for which we are not responsible, such as legal or official orders (e.g. import and export restrictions) or in cases of delivery delays due to force majeure. We will inform the buyer immediately of the beginning and end of such obstacles.
The delivery and shipping costs are per package. We ship our goods exclusively via DHL or an equivalent delivery service. This ensures that deliveries can be made on Saturdays and in packing stations.
If you would like delivery to a packing station near you, simply enter the packing station's delivery address and your postal number (you must be registered with paket.de) as a different delivery address in the checkout process.
